We collect only the minimum data required to operate the service: account credentials, balance information, and sip user configurations. We do not store call recordings, call logs, or destination numbers. Call recordings can be enabled via request by the contacting user after the request.
We do not require identity verification. Accounts are created with email/username and password only. We would highly advice emails and usernames to be unique and not related to any of your personal information. Payments are processed via cryptocurrency with no personal information required.
Everything is end-to-end encrypted. Passwords are hashed using argon2id. Sensitive data is encrypted at rest. We do not sell, share, or transfer user data to third parties or ad brokers.
We maintain minimal security logs for abuse prevention. These logs contain account credentials and timestamps for authentication events only. Logs are manually reviewed upon suspicion of abuse. Logs are automatically purged after 30 days. Logs are not shared with any third parties.
We use essential cookies only for session management. No tracking cookies, no analytics, no third-party scripts.
You can request complete account deletion at any time by contacting support. All associated data will be permanently removed within 24 hours. We do not store any data on your account after deletion.
